3. Booking & Reservations

Any booking or reservation made through our platform or representatives is subject to availability and verification. A formal agreement will be executed upon confirmation of booking.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and terms will be detailed in the sale/lease agreement. All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delays may attract penalties as specified in the agreement.

5. Cancellation & Refund

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Katihar, Bihar.
