Refund Policy

1. Booking & Token Amount
Token amounts paid for booking commercial spaces are subject to the following conditions:
- Token amounts are refundable if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of payment
- After 7 days, a processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount
- Specific terms will be mentioned in the booking receipt
2. Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking:
- Written notice must be submitted to our office or via email
- Refunds will be processed within 30-45 working days from the date of approved cancellation
- Deductions may apply as per the stage of construction and agreement terms
3. Cancellation by Developer
In the unlikely event that Prime Place Infra cancels the project or is unable to deliver the booked space:
- Full refund of all amounts paid will be processed
- Interest may be applicable as per RERA regulations
- Refund will be completed within 60 days of cancellation notice
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are typically non-refundable:
- Registration and legal documentation charges
- Stamp duty and government fees
- Administrative and processing fees (if applicable)
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through:
- Bank transfer to the account provided during booking
- The same payment method used for the original transaction
- A refund confirmation will be sent via email
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding refunds, the matter will be resolved as per:
- The terms mentioned in the booking/sale agreement
- Applicable RERA regulations
- Mediation through our customer support team
